Need to Know: Nitric Oxide Test Strips
SURE YOU BREATHE OXYGEN, BUT IS IT BEING TRANSPORTED TO YOUR CELLS LIKE IT SHOULD BE?
All cells need oxygen to make new healthy cells. One way to evaluate circulation is to test nitric oxide levels. Nitric oxide enables oxygen uptake into the cells. So, while Nitric Oxide Test Strips test N.O. (not oxygen), it reflects how much oxygen may be reaching cells.
Procedure
- Masticate (okay, spit) on a N.O. Test Strip
- Wait 1-2 Minutes to Change Color
Results
In fact, Nitric Oxide test results were not consistent. Young students working their way through college and even children had LOW & DEPLETED results. This reflects multiple factors, among them: Age, Stress, Diet, and Lifestyle. Test Results (below) are linked to STRESS MATRIX LEVELS in Life Stages.
